About the Support category

#1

CodiMD support for everyone who prefers forums over chat. This should help to build a long-term support knowledge base.

When opening a topic in this category try to explain what you expected to happen, what happened and what version of CodiMD you are using. So when you wonder how something works, why something doesn’t work or how to configure something, this should be your first address.

We might ask you to open a bug report on GitHub, but lets start over here as we should keep the issue tracker for bugs and feature requests exclusively

Also when you prefer a more interactive communication, make sure to check out our community channel on matrix.
